NO AI/NFT WILL NOT DRAW Mech/ArmorOverly muscular men (body builder type)SUPER detailed backgroundsDragons/dinosaurs (WILL draw cats, dogs, etc as well as furries)No children/child characters (this also includes loli/characters that look like children)GENERAL Send me reference images of your character, pose and outfit if I'm drawing a different outfit than what your character is wearing. PLEASE make sure the reference you're sending has accurate colors to reference! This means NO dramatic lighting for the reference.Note: Not having a reference image of your character will result in the price increasing depending on how detailed it is.PAYMENTS I require half of the amount up front and the rest of the money once I've finished the sketch. For small stuff like emotes/icons I require the full amount up front. I'll send the sketch first to ask about any changes and then will start on the rest of it once the rest of the money is sent.REVISIONS For changes to the drawing I accept 2 revisions during the sketch phase and after that there is a $5 fee for changes after that. (2 revisions meaning you come to me once with a few changes you need and then if the sketch is sent and there still needs changes then the next one counts as your 2nd.) Once the line art/color is started there is a $15-$20 change fee depending on how big the change is.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY I will send files via VGen; if for whatever reason revisions are needed/I need to resend the file I can email files. I don't currently offer rushed deadlines unless there is a rush order fee but I will try to give an estimate on when I'll start or finish the commission. (Fee will depend on how soon the deadline is and how big the commission is, emote(s), fully rendered, etc)USE I remain the copyright holder of my work.I retain the right to continue posting my artwork for advertising/portfolio purposes unless paid for an NDA (date must be discussed on when I can post the work).You may not edit my art, memes are okay (text over the drawing) but anything else that changes how my art looks is NOT allowed.My work is not allowed to be used/edited in a discriminatory way. (If caught doing so you will be blacklisted from working with me)You MUST provide credit for my art. Using the art in your own post you must provide my name and/or putting my name in your Twitch/Youtube credits description.If you plan on using the art for merch or any other for profit (paywall posts) you MUST pay the 100% commercial fee (100% of the original commission price, if the commission is $100 then you'll pay $100 for the commercial fee, etc). Commercial fees are the same for YCH pieces.For content use (outside of emotes/Twitch panels) there is a 50% fee if you plan on using the art on your stream for starting soon screens, redeems, etc. (50% of the original commission price, if the commission is $100 then you'll pay $50 for the fee)INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS I own all rights to the art I produce.REFUNDS If I haven't started on the commission yet I can offer a refund. Refunds are not guaranteed immediately, and a timeframe can be discussed at point of refund request. If I've finished the sketch then only 50% of the commission price will be refunded; keep in mind this will probably mean I won't work with you in the future. If you request a refund know that I will most likely blacklist you from commissioning me in the future. Giving refunds costs me money because of VGen fees or any other payment fees; thank you for understanding.COMMUNICATION I will send updates when I'm close to starting on a commission through VGen. However for YCH pieces I will start and send it off and you will have a chance to ask for any changes. Revisions to YCH apply after I've sent off the finished piece (since it's a YCH it's faster for me to finish it and get revisions later!).
